Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms govern access to Mini Tech and its software products, including SlideTell at slide.minitech.app (together, the “Services”). Mini Tech is an independent software operation based in Cambodia. By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Mini Tech may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or comply with law.
2. Product plans and access
Each Mini Tech product may have its own Free and paid tiers, usage allowances and feature limits. The product interface or checkout shown at purchase is the authoritative commercial offer for that transaction. Product access is controlled through Mini Tech entitlements and may change when a subscription starts, renews, expires, is canceled, or payment remains unresolved.
For SlideTell, creating a new presentation project may count against a plan allowance when such an allowance is displayed. Editing slides inside an existing project and export availability are governed by the current SlideTell plan shown in the product.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Depending on location and availability, payments may be processed by Paddle or ABA PayWay. For Paddle transactions, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and its buyer-facing transaction terms, tax handling and refund process may apply in addition to these Terms. ABA PayWay transactions are processed through ABA Bank’s PayWay service.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Any access continuation through the paid-through date is determined by the product entitlement shown in your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, logos and other material you upload or create. You grant Mini Tech a limited license to host, process, render, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate the Services, provide requested exports/sharing, secure the platform, and support you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use uploaded material.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or abusive activity; distribute malware; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; bypass plan or entitlement controls; or use automated methods that materially degrade the Service. Mini Tech may restrict or terminate abusive use.
6. Sharing and exports
Where a product offers public or password-protected sharing, you control whether to enable it and are responsible for the content you choose to share. Exported files may be used for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights in any material you included.
7. Availability and changes
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Mini Tech may improve, replace or discontinue features. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes where practical. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or zero data-loss risk.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. For paid Services, aggregate liability relating to a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services and may request account deletion through available account/support controls. Mini Tech may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, non-payment or serious security risk. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under another jurisdiction’s law.
11. Changes and contact
Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by an in-product or account notice. Questions may be submitted through the official contact or support method published on minitech.app or within the relevant Mini Tech product.
